Zafety.co.uk Refund Policy
When you order from Zafety.co.uk you can have the peace of mind that if you are not entirely happy with anything that you have ordered you can return it to us and we give you a refund in full.
How do I organize a return?
First, contact us on help@zafety.co.uk to tell us your concern with your order to see whether we can resolve the issue in any way prior to organising a return.
Second, if required we will give you a returns authorization number which should be marked clearly on the order when you return it to us. We will also provide you full details of our Returns Processing delivery address. Please note returns should not be sent back to us without obtaining a returns authorization number.
Third, please ensure that each item you wish to return is returned back to us in tact in its original packaging to ensure the returned items are in a resaleable condition. Where possible please return any order in the original outer packaging that the order was delivered in. Ensure that the return has the returns authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the outer packaging. All returned items should be received by us no later than 30 days from the date of original delivery to you.
Fourth, once we received your authorized return at our Return Processing center, the returned goods will be inspected. All returned items will be inspected and if the returned items have been returned appropriately a full credit for those items will be raised within 5 working days. It may take a little longer for the money to appear back in your account. Please any delivery charges incurred in the original delivery will not be refunded. We will contact you to discuss any goods that fail inspection upon their return.
