The Emergency Evacuation Kit provides a complete, portable solution to help organisations safely manage the evacuation of staff, visitors, and members of the public during an emergency. Designed to support the evacuation of approximately 30 people, this comprehensive kit combines first aid, communication, visibility, and casualty welfare equipment in one clearly marked red emergency backpack.
At the heart of the kit is a fully stocked British Standard BS8599 First Aid Kit, suitable for treating injuries involving up to 25 people. To help protect evacuees from exposure during prolonged assembly periods, the kit also includes 30 thermal foil blankets, making it particularly valuable during cold, wet, or adverse weather conditions.
The evacuation co-ordinator is equipped with two high-visibility vests, a torch with batteries for low-light situations, two emergency whistles, and an emergency air horn, providing the essential tools needed to direct occupants safely and maintain effective communication throughout the evacuation.
The durable Evacuation Kit backpack features a convenient hanging loop, allowing it to be wall mounted for rapid deployment or securely stored inside the optional alarmed evacuation cabinet. The cabinet remains unlocked for immediate access during an emergency while incorporating a loud alarm to discourage unauthorised removal when not in use. The alarm can be deactiavted if required.
Ideal for offices, schools, warehouses, hotels, leisure centres, healthcare facilities, factories, and public buildings, this all-in-one evacuation kit forms an essential part of any emergency preparedness and business continuity plan.
